We invite investors, logistics operators, and sourcing professionals to collaborate with DRMRC certified Suppliers in a transparent, sustainable procurement framework that enables the sourcing of life-saving bio-medical materials across the globe.

Responsibilities of Procurement Agents & Suppliers

  • Sourcing qualified biomedical materials per DRMRC quality & ethical standards
  • Coordinating logistics & documentation for global shipments (incl. cold-chain)
  • Assisting with lab certifications, COA, and compliance declarations
  • Ensuring traceability and origin verification for all materials
  • Participating in regular performance reviews and material audits
  • Adhering to DRMRC procurement policies, NDAs, and non-circumvention agreements

Supplier Qualification & Registration Process

Online Application Submission
  • Complete the Supplier Registration Form at drmrc.co.uk/Suppliers
  • Submit company profile, trade license, certifications, and product catalog

Financial & Technical Evaluation
  • Assessment of financial strength and delivery capacity
  • Review of technical capabilities, past performance, and product quality

Tier Classification

Suppliers are assigned a Tier Level determining contract eligibility (see below).

Verification & Approval
  • DRMRC registration credentials issued upon approval
  • Begin receiving RFQs and procurement requests based on tier
