These partners play a vital role in identifying, acquiring, and delivering high-quality, ethically sourced medical biomaterials used in research, drug development, and therapeutic innovation.

We invite capable and compliant suppliers, logistics operators, and global sourcing professionals to join our Vendor Partnership Program, designed to support transparent and sustainable procurement for life-saving projects around the world.

Responsibilities of Procurement Agents & Vendors

Registered vendors and agents are entrusted with:

• Sourcing qualified biomedical materials in accordance with DRMRC’s quality and ethical standards
• Coordinating logistics and documentation for global shipments (including cold-chain compliance where necessary)
• Assisting with laboratory certifications, certificates of analysis (COA), and compliance declarations
• Ensuring traceability and origin verification for all supplied materials
• Participating in regular performance reviews and material audits
• Adhering to DRMRC’s procurement policies, NDAs, and non-circumvention agreements

Vendor Qualification & Registration Process

Becoming an authorized DRMRC vendor involves the following steps:

1. Online Application Submission

• Complete the Vendor Registration Form at www.drmrc.co.uk/vendors
• Submit your company profile, trade license, certifications, and product catalog

2. Financial & Technical Evaluation

• Vendors undergo a financial strength and capacity review
• Technical capabilities, past performance, and product quality are assessed

3. Tier Classification

• Based on the outcome of the evaluation, each vendor is assigned a Tier Level that defines their contract eligibility (see below)

4. Verification & Approval

• Upon successful review, vendors receive DRMRC registration credentials and may begin receiving RFQs and procurement requests based on their tier

Vendor Tier Levels & Contract Eligibility

DRMRC uses a structured Tier System to determine the scale and scope of supply contracts awarded to each registered vendor:

Tier Level Maximum Contract Value per Award

Tier 1 Up to £100,000
Tier 2 Up to £1,000,000
Tier 3 Up to £10,000,000
Tier 4 Up to £50,000,000

Vendors are upgraded through proven performance, financial audits, and consistent supply quality over time.

• Marine and microbial compounds (enzymes, peptides, carrageenan)

• Human-sourced biologicals (plasma proteins, stem cells, amniotic tissues)
• Synthetic and engineered compounds (recombinant proteins, biopolymers, nanoparticles)
